The hotel itself is a jewel: spotlessly clean, ideally located, and beautifully set against the Ligurian coast. Having parking and beach chairs included in the rate made everything easier, and the breakfast was simply outstanding — a perfect start to each day. Everyone we encountered was friendly, competent, and genuinely personable — and impressively multilingual. Her warmth and professionalism were remarkable. Vivien at the pool was fantastic, always cheerful and attentive.
