"Sorry to report we were very disappointed, great view is the only reason this location gets a second star. We stayed one night, had two rooms in February. The rooms never heated up, we tried to get help with no luck. Was very clean either. Nobody there to check in and no one there to check us out. This location isn't certified to collect city taxes either, we checked as we tried to pay. Plenty of other places just as nice"

"This is a a roof top apartment that is clean, has comfortable beds and the most fantastic view you could ask for! It is not a 5 star luxury hotel. It has a small fridge that you can keep drinks, yogurt, cheese and other items. There is a kettle to make tea and coffee as well as as a stove with two burners. You can make oatmeal or soup but not a dinner so you have to go out to many of the good restaurants in the area for a meal. We ordered take out twice and ate on the patio as the sun set. You couldn’t have a more perfect sunset view while having dinner anywhere in the world. The only warning I have is that you are at the top of town and that means you have to carry your luggage up hill. My 60 years old wife managed her bag but she is fit. If you can walk the hill trails in Cinque Terre you will be ok with the stairs getting to this apartment. Yes I would recommend this to my friends and I would go back again."
