"A beautiful apartment where is steps away from the waterfront, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. However; we had to climb approximately 4 flights of stairs with luggage when checking in. Upon checking out a couple showed us a ramp to go down the Main Street and we wish we could know it earlier. The ramp is right across the Coop supermarket. "

"Niceapartment. Big and clean. Large terrace with great views over the village towards the sea. Apartment was easy to find and very central in Riomaggiore. Self check-in was easy and comms/instructions from staff were good. Overall was a good place to stay but expected a lot more given the price (e.g. coffee and water were not complimentary which was surprising given how expensive the room was per night. Pictures show plants/greenery around bathtub but this was just an empty trough of soil...

"Terrible room, tiny place, I fell down the stairs because they were so narrow, place smelt funny and cost a fortune. Not worth the money at all. I sent through a formal complaint to Hotels.com and got no response."

"Very poor communication, did not hear from anyone up until about 5 minutes before checking. We had no where to go with our luggage and ended up paying for someone to watch it so we didn't have to pull it all over. The stairs to the room were very narrow and unsafe especially at night when you could only put a light on at the beginning of the climb so we had to use our cellphone to shine the flashlight in order to see anything! "Right on the main drag of Via Roma in Vernazza. Cosy, cute and so comfortable. Check in was super easy thanks to the wonderful staff at Cinque Terre Riviera who made it all seamless including the lovely care package of coffees, cookies and cornetti. This studio is close to everything-train, harbor, hiking trails, restaurants, shopping, groceries...Would definitely book this again!"
