"Nice room. Clean. Nice area. Terrible check in process. For one I was never informed i had to check-in online before arriving. I spent 1.5 hours on the street attempting to get ahold of someone. They use an automated chat on what’s app that was useless. Was charged 25 euro for not checking in 24 hours in advance. Finally that was resolved. My other complaint was the leaking air conditioning. Woke up to a flooded room and soaked clothes. No rectification. Just a “thanks for letting us know”....

"The unit was perfect in every respect with exception of the mattress (which was terribly uncomfortable). Fair warning about parking if you are driving in. Forget about parking close by. Its a ZTL area and the nearest parking is 1.5 km outside of town (uphill). Then if and when you do manage to get to town with your luggage, you need to walk, drag, and roll your luggage another 500m to the steps which lead to the unit. Absolutely no help available with luggage. Zero. Carry at your own risk. Beyond that, the place is amazing."

The host and concierge service were outstanding. We were able to book a master pasta making class at the last minute, which was outstanding ! Yes, we’d go back to this great hidden treasure !"
