Rooms were modern, clean, comfortable. Love the included breakfast….omelette bar, pancake and waffle bar in addition to all the fruit, cereals, hot breakfast items etc Pool and jacuzzi were nice as well as the outside lounge.

Convenient parking, cleanliness of the room, professional staff, very courteous. Excellent continental breakfast included. Surrounding area is verynice and quiet, lots of shopping options as well.

newer property that felt nice and clean, pool, gym, mini store, bar which are convenient amenities. Plenty of eateries and shops within walking distance. The area you're in is more of otay ranch versus Chula Vista. there's a freeway in the area that requires a toll. Downtown SD would be approx 45mins from the hotel. But we enjoyed our stay. we would come back and recommend.

It’s a nice quiet area. The staff was nice and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious. Just not many restaurants in the area.

Very nice property that is very close to shopping and dinning. The only problem was noisy guests. We were on a floor with only a few other guests but yet we were bunched together. When a group of women decided to get loud laughing and yelling we were woken up at 1:30am.

It was wonderful! Perfectly clean, quiet, and shopping a close walk away. A beautiful pool an jacuzzi, and it was a great stay. Staff is respectful and kind.

This was my first time staying at this hotel for a staycation/ birthday getaway and loved the staff made me feel important and welcomed the rooms were beautiful and very clean definitely plan on staying there again

My family and I really enjoyed this hotel. I rarely write reviews, but felt I would because I was impressed. The location is great a lot to walk to and conveniently near highway to get into San Diego. The hotel was clean, all staff were very friendly and genuinely seemed happy at work. We stayed over Easter weekend and they had a daily egg hunt for the kids as well as egg coloring station on Easter morning. The breakfast selection was amazing and everything was delicious, Victoria was kind and helpful. They even had colored waffles and pancakes on easter weekend, fun for the kids! My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, great outside area to relax. There is a bar in the lobby as well. Rooms were clean, comfortable and the tub was huge! If there was any small con it was the timing of the housekeeping, seems we were missed a couple of the days. But all in all thats a minor concern. We will absolutely return again, highly recommend for families.

My family really enjoy there sray there. The continental breakfast was great every morning. Workout area was also good and convenient. Free parking was ex excellent. And an easy 20 minutes drive from anwhere down down
