"I had an excellent stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS Fuji Onsen and would like to especially thank Ms. Sakahara, the front desk receptionist. She went above and beyond to help me recover a suitcase I accidentally left on the bus from Shinjuku. She was warm, professional, calm, and proactive, immediately contacting the bus company and station to assist me.
Her excellent communication skills and genuine care turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. She is truly an outstanding employee and a great representative of the hotel.
Combined with the comfortable rooms, relaxing onsen, and overall high quality of service, I would confidently give this hotel five stars and highly recommend it."
