Just minutes from award-winning sandy beaches, scenic riverside walks, excellent pubs and restaurants, and only 15 minutes from the New Forest, it provides an exceptional base for a luxury holiday — combining space, style and privacy, with a wide range of places to explore within easy reach.

    Please note that this property is located in a quiet residential area, and we kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbours at all times. As such, we are unable to accept stag parties, hen parties, or single-sex group bookings. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in refusal of entry without refund.
