City Lights Retreat with Carpark 2 Bed 2 Bath
This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is a great base for exploring the city. Dine at the plethora of local restaurants or cook at home with a full kitchen. Two bedrooms with Queen Beds and two separate tiled bathrooms. Two highly-rated cafes just around the corner. Comes with an allocated carpark and high speed internet. Highly spacious lounge and dedicated workspace and separate laundry.
Ground floor has Living, Dining, Kitchen and access to the outdoor courtyard with Deck which faces North West for beautiful afternoon sunshine. The 1st floor (A flight of stairs to be climbed) contains a full tiled bathrooms with shower and toilets, and both bedrooms with spacious Queen beds and wardrobes.
Canterbury Linen Services, who service local 5 Star Hotels, provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's 5-star hotel clean.
Easy keypad access to the property. With 1x free allocated carpark. Additional free street parking is also available in the area. You cant be any closer to the heart of Christchurch central and the added bonus of a free carpark. Exploring Christchurch couldnt get any easier.
City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival, we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.
We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.
Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance. Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
