"Staff were excellent. The whole hotel was very very clean.pool was very relaxing and the room view over the river was great. The only diwnside for us when we were trying to relax by the pool an old american man kept talking very loudly for almost an hour so we just gave up relaxing and decided yo go out instead. We came to find out that this man was not even a guest at the hotel which might raise some safety concerns for some. One night we were very tired and had dinner by ourselves at the hotel restaurant and the food was fabulous and the staff were extremely welcoming. Overall we would love to return as we love Kanchanaburi and really enjoyed the hotel. "

"Stayed for 3 nights. Really enjoyed our stay. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. Room was very clean. We ate at the hotel restaurant - the food was fantastic. Hotel has bikes available. Great place to get away from it all for a few days. Would definitely stay again. "
