"We stayed there for two nights. Hotel is modern, clean and spacious. One thing to improve is to have a better selection of pillows for those that need thiner and softer pillows. Something that made our stay more pleasant was the helpfulness from the front desk staff and more specifically from Tai. She was really accommodating when we had questions or faced challenges with transportation or anything else. "

"Everything was great, clean and the food was great too except that you have to pay 1000 THB in cash only as for security deposit, we know that it will be refunded after the checkout but still too much and we only got 1 key card. "The property is in an excellent location with lots to do within walking fistance. Plus, there's a nice museum, historic structures and displays on site. The restaurant overlooks the canal and the food was great though there could have been more variety to the daily dishes.Our room was good except for the adjoining storage room which was noisy when sliding open and closed. Besides, there were a lot of tiny ants in a particular area of the room, but the staff dealt with them promptly on two occasions when asked. The staff was very friendly and accommodating."
