"This is a great place to stay! I don’t think there is a rental closer to the national park than this one! Everything was clean and had plenty of everything. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to anyone wanting to visit Big Bend! Hosts responded very quickly to all my questions and concerns. Loved the cute porch to sit out at night and relax under the stars! "

"What a special place and more importantly, what special people. Casa de Chiles is a well appointed piece of heaven in the middle of the desert. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and night skies only make things better. Great launching point for anything Big Bend has to offer. Michelle and Mark are incredible hosts that go above and beyond all expectations. Totally grateful for a wonderful stay and experience. Gracias. "

"Room was great! Shower was nice after a long day at the park and check in / checkout was simple. Would recommend it’s a good distance from Big Bend / town. Only wish was that there was 4 normal pillows other than that was awesome"

Rat droppings in the kitchen and all had to be careful...washed all our dishes thoroughly always..also in the bedroom area...

"The location is awesome! Close to west side of Big Bend NP and Terlingua. Cabin had everything we needed for cooking including a two burner portable stove, outdoor grill, and counter oven for baking and air frying, and the Cottonwood Genl Store was 2 mins away for food necessities. We had one issue with our hot water not heating on the first day and Daryl (owner) was responsive to our evening call and had it fixed in no time! Cabin was clean, sheets/towels/shampoo were supplied for our use. Would recommend and stay here again."
