This apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet building in the heart of the historic center of Chioggia, a few steps from the main tourist attractions and the suggestive seafront.
The rental consists of a well-organized open space area, not very large but perfect for a functional and comfortable stay. The kitchen area is fully equipped with all essential services, including the hob, refrigerator, microwave and cooking utensils, allowing guests to prepare their own meals in total comfort. Next to the kitchen, we find a small living area, where you can relax on a comfortable sofa and enjoy your favorite programs thanks to the smart TV available. To the right of the living area is the bedroom, spacious and well-lit, with a double bed that guarantees a good rest. The bedroom is tastefully furnished and equipped with a wardrobe. The structure is completed by a bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet and bidet. In conclusion, this tourist rental offers a welcoming and functional environment, perfect for those who want to stay in a comfortable and well-located context. 
Check-out will be free until 9:30 am. For each additional hour an extra cost of €30 will be charged. . City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 10 nights
