"Unbeaten location. As great as all Shangri-La hotels. Friendly staff. Both swimming pools are crystal clean but sometimes a little bit crowded. Some furniture in the room might show wear-and-tear with aging. "
"It is a pleasant stay in Mandarin Oriental. Reception is very nice and upgraded my room to corner River view from River view room. Staff also offer help all the time "
"We had a great time staying at the hotel recently. The staffs are very nice and friendly. The room is clean and with a good view. The buffet breakfast is one of the best, serving high quality food. Kudos to the restaurant staffs! Plus, the hotel is within 2-minute walking distance to a metro subway station that can take you to almost every where in Shanghai. Strongly recommend to anyone visiting Shanghai."
"the location is very convenient especially to me who needs to be accessing the JiangWan campus of FuDan University often. There is a mall within 10 mins walking distance with required supermarket and F&B, which made the location even more ideal. The room (double bed) is very specious and well-maintained. the breakfast has a good spread of variaty also. Good value for money hotel that i will come back to, if i need to be in the area again."
