The room was in a very bad shape, faucets won't fully shut down, so there was water running almost all the time (and the associate noise), bath tub wouldn't drain fast enough (drain open and using shower not tub) so it was flooding badly, my wife tried to use hair dryer and it caught on fire, there was smoke and the classic circuit burnt smell (disgusting), USB wall chargers were broken, and lastly room was really noisy. All of this was on room 403, really unpleasant. I have used other fiesta inn facilities and it was always nice, really disappointed this time

Super dated property. Older compared with other budget alternatives. Doesn’t feel or look like a Fiesta Inn. Rooms are old, need maintenance, exhaust fans, paint, etc.

This hotel is one of the best options in Torreon. The room is comfy, no carpet and I was surprised that they cleaned the room every day so that was a big win for the hotel. The breakfast buffet is really good. Some days parking was a nightmare but most of the day everything was okay. Everyone is very friendly but my big shout out is for Tono in the bar. We usually travel with kids so the pool was a most unfortunately due the weather my kids weren’t able to use the pool. If you are traveling with kids and pool is a must then Crown Plaza is the best option. I will definitely come back to this hotel because the location is perfect, you have a Starbucks in the mall and a lot of great restaurants nearby.

The location is very good, close to almost everything, the management and staff at this hotel are excellent and the buffet breakfast in the morning is very good, all the specialties are cooked by a lady chef that cooks delicious food.

This was not my first stay at Fiesta Inn. I enjoy my stay, clean and friendly. The restaurant is pricey! I would prefer a free basic breakfast than a big costly buffet. We only ate one time. Later we decided to go out for breakfast.

The staff wasnt helpful and the a/c did not work and it did not look clean at all there was bedbugs around the headboard first time i leave a review but i was very unsatisfied and it looked unsanitary!
