"Very Good"

"This place was terrible and I do not recommend. We arrived at 6 AM at the property and our room was not ready until 3 PM. Several guests that arrived before 3 PM were given rooms earlier for check in but they seemed annoyed that we kept asking. Terrible service. They told me I had an “upgraded room” and it was more outdated and worn down that the other normal room by family stayed at. My trip to Europe was amazing but this hotel was the only stay that was disappointing."

"Room was large and immaculate. Housekeeping always in when you are out to tidy up. The property is beautiful and a retreat itself, so much common space available. Location was close to greet admiring you needed. We prefer to walk but noticed most guests preferred drivers. One thing that was unusual was our room only had skylights and no windows…just a little different not bad. Highly recommend for a trip to Milan. "
