Located in Chico, this marvelous cottage is alley access and a little hidden away. We think that’s a feature . The house offers a cozy bedroom and a serene living room with a comfy futon. Guests can enjoy amenities like AC, WiFi, a washing machine and dryer during their stay.we have a small yard with a propane grill and cafe table and chairs .
We rebuilt and remodeled with repurposed and unique wood features extensively to create a peaceful ambiance and all the comforts of home, we think our place will help you experience everything Chico has to offer

Cute little home

Very clean, well supplied little house. Owner was very responsive with any questions I had.

The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly. I appreciated that he offered to have us check in early at no additional cost. The home was mostly clean (some webs in the bathroom) and fairly updated. Our main concern was the location. The home needs to be accessed through a dark alleyway across from a small apartment complex. We initially considered looking for a hotel room but decided to stay. Although I didn't sleep much due to not feeling quite safe, the area was quiet and we had no issues.

Comfortable and mostly nice

The host was very responsive and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the house was nice on the inside (I didn’t use the yard). Just a few drawbacks in the house: the bed was so huge for the small room that there was no bedside table or outlet access to plug in my phone (which I use for an alarm) or heating pad I need in bed. There were no shampoo or conditioner provided, which I wish I had known ahead of time because I would have brought some. That’s it, though! All in all, a good stay.I walked the neighborhood and the alley was very muddy, but otherwise it was cute and walkable.
