The worst part was the parking cost and distance. Valet parking would be a great addition. Everything else was great. Breakfast was very good as well with lots of options. Very clean and staff were awesome.

I came in from Detroit for my birthday. They accommodated me to check in a little bit early and the bar that drinks everything was good and the breakfast buffet was really good.

Was a great stay, staff not very flexible. Asked for a late Checkout was quickly told no, and gentleman downstairs told me I couldn’t use the entrance door on his side of the room as it made him cold. Otherwise awesome stay, breakfast is very well done with many options and hot food as well. Only a 12 minute walk from Amtrak Union Station.

Loved the location and the complimentary breakfast is the best one I’ve ever had at a hotel! Tons and tons of breakfast options including vegetarian. The ONLY complaint I have is for the pull out sofa, the bedding had someone else’s disgusting black hair all over it. Called down and the staff replaced it, but that shouldn’t happen in the first place. Other than that, excellent stay!

The property was great and the staff amazing. I don’t like the walk to the elevator to the Bell tower. I have to give complements to housekeeper, she did an excellent job on the room everyday.
