We asked the manager to get our room cleaned. It never happened. Furniture was chipped and in poor condition. The bed was very good and the location was convenient for us.

The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The shower water was rust color and all the amenities are very dated. Other than that, it was fine.

Guy yelling, swearing and puking all over the hallways. Rooms were average at best/warm ( -8 at night outside ). Needs reno - galvanized pipes leaching ironing color and tase into the water supply: not pleasant to the taste or smell. Staff very accomidating, quick and friendly. Property really needs work.

I really don't know where to start so i will list them. 1. Both room was dirty .... towles, sheets, and bathroom was filthy .... the management said its dirty because they use "well water" 2. Very unsafe my son cut his hand i we had to go to the emergency room and get stitches but on the toilet paper holder was cracked he reached for tissue and came back with a bloody hand 3. Staff was so rude and racist.... i sat at the hotel bar and the bar tender refuses to serve me i politely walked back to my room 4. The manager had an attitude about the kids being in the gym with my mother and spoke to them with all disrespect I will never go here again, rather sleep in my car ! Oh and let me not forget the house keeping kept saying " no ah bi English " then when i asked for the manager her English came out clear as day asking me why do i need to speak to the management... wow just wow .... NEVER AGAIN.... I OWN A TRAVEL COMPANY AND I WILL NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE FOR ANY OF MY CLIENT'S, FRIENDS, OR FAMILY .... I WISH ZERO STARS WAS AN OPTION ‼️‼️‼️ OH AND THE HALL WAY AND ROOMS SMELL LILE MILDEW... SHE SAID ITS THE ICE MACHINE THAT IS LEAKING ALL OVER THE FLOOR AND CARPET

The stay was descent, the stairway/hallway needed deep cleaning and updating. The rooms were clean but then bathroom faucets were rusted and bathroom could be updated.

Mice in the Rooms
This is a no star hotel. I've been here for almost a month, mid way through my stay the manager asked me to move room because she stated she didn't know we had a dog and pet was not allowed on that side of the hotel. Ok but I've seen plenty of other pet on that side since we've stayed, but ok I'll move no problem I just don't want to deal with it so we moved. Well I noticed no one was ever placed in any of the rooms surrounding me and some day left open and unoccupied. Two nights ago I noticed a mouse and that was the last straw for me I don't do rodents so we asked to be moved the Manager Yamilex had the nerves to say we have a dog and maybe the dog food is attracting the mice to our room. I explained no there a hole in the wall that's were they are coming from. Her response was yeah that's normally how they get in and would not move us. My wife get off work and decide that she doesn't want to stay in the room so she called the corp customer care of Wyndham told them the situation so they put in a claim. A few moments later the manager knocks on the door and stated she didn't like my comment about how rude she is and she'll move me for the night but I have to leave today. Now this lady has been nothing but rude to me, I feel as if she moved me to the other side of the hotel were the rooms are still being renovated because I'm black and she just don't like me for no reason. I have never done anything to this lady, always nice, polite, respectful and she is just always rude.

The person at the front desk in the evening was very friendly and very efficient. The staff at the bar attached to the hotel was not good. They were not attentive or polite, and it was very disappointing. We sat at the bar with three bartenders working and never got served or even acknowledged. The room was older, but perfectly functional. The showers need some attention, but everything else was good!

When we walked into the room there was an open water bottle and then we noticed noodles under the bed. Along with that there was little fruit fly like bugs in the bathroom and the mirror in the bathroom had black spots on it. Will not be staying here again.

Price is cheap, but place is really run down. There was a bowling alley in the pics which I thought was fun, but staff says it's been out of order for a year. Whole facility is just old and run down.

Stayed for 3 weeks. Not once was rokm cleaned. Middle of stay rude front desk girl with the beard called me at work to say i hadto leave because they overbooked. Had to leave work to get my things , only to get a voicemail that person never showed and i can come back. They changed my room 5 times during stay bc of power outage inroom etc. Never compensated for anything Manager treated me like . 3

To get in the fitness center, you had to get someone from the front desk to open the door for you. There were no weights in the fitness center. They did not clean our room because we were there only 3 nights.
