Very comfortable bed. The property is an older property and needs updating, but specially in the bathrooms. Very clean in rooms and common area. Overall very satisfied.

Pros- the staff was mostly very friendly. Nice breakfast. We had sent a rented tux to the hotel before our arrival and they handled it perfectly!! Cons- the AC in the lobby is out and it was unbearable to be there. The AC in the room was not great- just a wall unit and it was really hot and humid in our room. The halls were cooler than the rooms could be. There was no food served until 1pm. There isn’t really a bar.. it is 3 stools at a counter. Carpets liftes up in places. Needs an update. They don’t clean the rooms. Just provide towels every other day and change the garbages.

The room we were in was good but the bathroom door didn't lock, tile in the bathroom was coming out. over all we didn't care as we just wanted a place decent to sleep. Breakfast was good. overall I think its ok for the price.

We loved the comfortable beds. The swimming pool had a very big machine standing outside and it made it look like something was under construction even though, there wasn’t any repairs to be done.

It was our first trip since Covid...back to Chicago. We were looking for a affordable and clean hotel for my family of 5 for 4 days. We got the large suite on level 5. My family loved hotel, breakfast, staff, pool, and Dora the cleaning lady. Nice lady made sure we had clean room and fresh towels. I would highly recommend to stay to visit Chicago away from city. But we traveled daily to downtown and rested quietly at the Hyatt. We will be returning again to this hotel next year.
