Extremely nice staff. We were flying but our first leg on our trip was delayed so we missed our connection in Chicago. It was very late and the staff helped us so well to get to the hotel from the airport and helped us at 4:45 AM to get us back to the airport. The property was extremely clean and the room was very nice and quite large.. Can’t thank them enough.

The property is conveniently located and the desk staff were friendly and efficient. When I arrived, there were several people checking in. The clerk apologized for the wait but the process did not seem to be extra long and I felt the quality of service is what I expect from Holiday Inn Express. My room was clean and comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep. I was able to easily walk to a local pharmacy for a few things I needed for my trip and felt safe the entire time. The free airport shuttle was an unexpected bonus!
