Overall a very nice stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location relative to the airport and food spots is really convenient, especially for families. Strong value for money. The pool and fitness rooms were also really nice inclusions (again, big help for famliMy lone issues were the AC/climate control in the room did not work at all which would've been a real problem had the weather been more severe, and though an extra sofa bed was included in the room, there were no extra blankets or pillows for it in the room. Those should be in the room without the extra task of findout out they're not there and having to ask for them.

I didn’t realize that the rooms were cleaned every other day there’s a small sign on the mirror in the bathroom that shows that. I think that the staff would be better off telling the guests that upon check-in. Without being sad when the room was cleaned, it lacked a lot of detail. The floor in the bathroom was not mopped as I could see things that were left on the floor. The skirt of the bathtub is very dirty and never cleaned. The desk staff was wonderful and tried to accommodate me in any way I needed it. I didn’t utilize the breakfast so I can’t say anything positive or negative about it. Parking was wonderful although upon check-in the staff didn’t tell me that there was parking so I parked to the left of the hotel. I would not book there again.

Overall a good place to stay. Sadly the bathroom had peeling paint, what looked like mold in the shower, and the carpets throughout the room seemed like they could use a good cleaning. Breakfast was good, staff friendly, and the underground parking was nice (albeit for a charge).

The rooms were great and no hassle checking in. You always get the room you wanted at this hotel. Breakfast is great with many choices and always being replenished. Parking in underground garage is definitely worth it.

Overall was decent for one night stay. We used the pool and staff was nice the bit of interaction we had. Parking was under garage. It wasn’t too expensive ($11) but would preferred be included. Upon check in room was absolutely filthy. Looked as if it had never been cleaned. I stayed with my family and have two infants and could not stay in this room. Staff was helpful and moved us to a small but clean room. Make sure to check the room thoroughly before staying in it!
