The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything and there was a 1/4 crack around the door that you could hear everything and everyone going down the hallway.

My stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites Chicago/Lincolnshire was nothing but great. The workers were very friendly and professional. The hotel had food close by and was very clean.

Very mediocre breakfast. We were double charged for the same stay , with no resolution after a call and a voice mail to the hotel manager. We stayed there several times, will need to find a different hotel for future stays.

Wonderful Stay at the Hampton Inn, Lincolnshire IL
First time staying at the Hampton Inn Lincolnshire, IL. Lovely entrance, beautiful lobby area, wonderful room and furnishings, comfortable beds and pillows!, pretty bathroom. Enjoyed a delicious complimentary breakfast in the morning with so many options to choose from. The staff was always pleasant and friendly.

The female front desk representative was overall rude in the morning I checked out. The man with the breathing unit was kind and polite. When I asked for a receipt at check out, she said, “No, I can’t do that” while typing on her computer. When I asked why, she said, I just can’t because you’re prepaid. How she delivered the information was rude. And then she went back looking at her computer. The male smiled and wished me a good day. That poor guy having to work with her all day! And why couldn’t I get a receipt? I wanted one for my records and to make sure nothing was added onto my credit card. Even if she emailed me the receipt, that would have been fine.

This was a wonderful stay! The room is nicely appointed, the location is great, and the employees are very friendly…I am incredibly particular regarding cleanliness and would rate it a strong 4.5 out of 5! Also very nice to have handsoap, bodywash, and lotion all at the ready! As others have said the beds are very firm, even just to sit on, but my family said the sleeper sofa was comfy (is a super twin or double size).

Our stay with Hampton Inn was very pleasant. However, when taking a shower in the morning, a lot of water ran onto the wood in the bathroom floor making it slippery and dangerous.
