Staff was great. We had great space in our room. The only problem was the elevator that was out of service during our entire visit. We had numerous long waits to catch an elevator.

Front desk service was great. Elevators were down and very long waits. Also didn’t clean our room for a multi-night stay which seems a huge miss and frankly deserves a credit. Huge shout out to the breakfast staff…some of the friendliest and most engaging staff I have seen in a while. They were very engaged and helpful. Location is great and walkable to many good restaurants.

It's right in front of a Fire station so there was a lot of siren noise throughout the night which woke me up both nights. The room was clearly not thoroughly cleaned before we got there. Most surfaces were dusty and or sticky. The "buffet" breakfast was terrible more like an on the go type breakfast, very limited options. Out of the two elevators one never worked the 3 days I was there so there was always a long wait for it. The staff was great though, polite and attentive.

Easy check in, staff were terrific both at front desk and in the dining area. Great location, close to subway, walkable to Millennium Park/lakeshore/Navy Pier. Bed was fine. Everything clean. Gym was decently stocked with equipment. There is a busy fire station directly across the street so it can get loud at times. Parking is insanely expensive (much cheaper to use a parking app and find reserved parking 1-2 blocks away). Breakfast had interesting rotating options but food wasn't very tasty. One of the two elevators was broken for entirety of stay, meaning VERY long waits.

Elevator was down. Long wait. Able to use staff elevator which was clearly inconvenient for them. Key cards stopped working before check out time. Very frustrating to come back from breakfast to find ourselves locked out of our room. Back standing in line at the single elevator. Staff very friendly! Great location.

I would stay here again. It was a nice location and close to places were were going. We could walk to nearly everything. Parking was a couple of blocks away and somewhat pricy but considering it is Chicago and parking is at a premium we managed fine. The breakfast was good and those serving it kept up with the demand easily. They even came around and took our plates from us when we were finished. I have never had a hotel where they did that. The second elevator was not working during our stay. They opened up the service elevator to the patrons use though. It helped alleviate some of the wait time during breakfast and checkout times. The room was well maintained and clean. My only complaint is that is was impossible to regulate a comfortable temperature in the room. At 68 it was freezing and the placement of the vent was such that it blew right on the bed so the first night we froze. If the temperature was set to 69 it blew HOT air and it was terribly uncomfortable. There was no between. We ended up turning it off. Overall the plus outweighs the minus and it was a great place to stay.

Constant elevator issues at this property during our stay, at one point was down to only 1 elevator which was the service elevator. Had to take stairs to 6th floor multiple times through out our stay due to elevators not working, and to many people waiting for elevator.

Our stay was spectacular! The location of this hotel was great. Lots of food options within walking distance, and it felt very safe at all hours. The hotel staff from the front desk to the breakfast area couldn’t have been kinder. We will definitely be staying here again!
