Very friendly and welcoming staff, had a pleasure in speaking with Sydney (supervisor) who has helped tremendously in checking in first time. Would definitely recommend this place to friends if needed.

I felt as though it was an apartment complex, not a hotel and not in a good way. Bathrooms and kitchen area were gross, people eating dinner outside in lawn chairs, dogs barking all morning. Felt like a strange dream.

We found cochroaches and rat feces in our room. Rooms are very outdated and definitely not worth more than $50 per night in my opinion. Told us that housekeeping does not come in every day to clean. Free breakfast was just coffee and a cupcake. We didn't stay eve half a day in our room and just asked for a refund and went somewhere else. The place is very disgusting and the hallways and elevator even smelled like Marijuana. The one star is just for the staff at front desk that checked us in and out.

Had bugs in the bed in one room smells Like dogs on one side of the building I understand about pets but if guest does not have a pet do not put them on that side I will not stay here again

Door on first room “ate” my card (3 week known issue according to maintenance person)… got put in another room (Pam the manager was AWESOME).. loud.. barking dogs at night in the hallway!!! Towel rack broke off the wall… uncomfortable bed

Trust your instinct... Pick another place

Checked in very late due to a missed connection at O'Hare. The only reason I did not leave and request my money back was that this was my one option to get 3 hours of sleep at that point. Trust your instincts, this place is disgusting. It was dirty and smelled terrible. Fresh blood stains on carpet and parts of the kitchen had not been cleaned in a while... Or ever. Front desk was nice and polite which is pretty much the only good part of my stay.
