"Perfect location to sight see Chicago. Staff were not friendly and when I asked a question felt like it was too much effort for them to respond in a professional helpful manner. Saying that the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were perfect. Great view."

"Good location, but.. an old hotel where rooms look old, tired and untidy. Very load air conditioning that makes it impossible to conduct normal conversation. Terrible staff unable to issue an invoice for the stay for an international traveller. The automatic parking that was unprepared for user with mobile from a different country. But the location was good."
