Overall great stay. Room was great other than the AC making obnoxious noise. Wonderful food options - although know you do have to purchase breakfast package. Bed was very comfortable. Clean sheets. The shower did leak all over the floor making it a little hazardous getting out with water everywhere. One staff member was EXTREMELY rude to myself, my significant other and other guests. The rest of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Always a good stay here. This is my home away from home when I am traveling to the northern burbs. Nice quiet rooms, solid construction so you don't hear people knocking around. Staff is truly great.

Wonderful stay the property well maintained and quiet. The staff was helpful and curious. They room was beautiful with plenty of outlets and clean. They have the best shower. Great fitness center clean spacious with a yoga area that lets the sun in. Highly recommend will definitely return on next trip to North Chicago.

Quiet, clean, comfortable with kind staff

Always great. The counter staff is so top notch! The building, unlike it's cheaply built competitors, is solid with concrete floor to floor separation so it's very quiet. Quiet, clean, comfortable with all the amenities I need. I've stayed at the competition before but will ONLY stay here now.

Loved Lincolnshire Courtyard.

In town for a wedding. Stayed here along with two other couple friends. Enjoyed the big Lobby to play cards and eat pizza. Staff was very friendly and told us they would clean up the pizza leftovers. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. The shower had good water pressure. Ample parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay to be near the theatre

Booked the hotel so my wife and I could have a nice night out and see Titanic (it is excellent, btw) at the Marriott Theatre basically next door and not have to worry about driving back to our home in Chicago. Our room was fine, but we did observe some ants in our room, which was on the first floor with a view of the courtyard. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were fairly flat. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but instead went across Milwaukee avenue to Walker Brothers, the Original Pancake House. All in all, the hotel served well for our needs

Wonderful staff. Charlene was wonderful in getting me situated. Smiled the entire exchange and even booked my morning shuttle to my conference as soon as I checked in. The shuttle service was amazing as well. Michael gave me some great insights on where to go and made the drives both to amd from the hotel go by faster with his knowledge of the city. It was a wonderful stay and I recommend it to anyone staying in the area! 10 out of 10
