I have no real negatives for my stay at this property. Yes, at times the alley by my window would get loud with the sound of the dumpster being slammed, or how loud these elevators can be when its deathly quiet in our room. There was one instance when we contacted front desk for an iron and got the iron without an ironing board. Alas, the room was clean and free of bugs (except for a small mosquito that weirdly made it to the 5th floor) and the property itself was clean and presentable. It was an overall great stay. Best part of all, was that it was a nice walking distance to Millennium Park, restaurants, and so much more.

It’s so old and no air conditioning, but it’s sooo charming and historic. It served the purpose of the two nights we stayed.

loved the location, the shower, the glass drinking glasses, the make-up mirror, the towels and linens. Adrian at the desk was a delight! Would have liked a mini frig.

Staff were in general friendly and courteous. Gym was adequate. Cleaning services only occurred after 3 days, which was frustrating. This is even after I had requested the room be cleaned before that.

I only received housekeeping services once for a four night stay!! I was given a room for a disabled person that had no bathtub. I am not handicapped. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

This place was perfect for our visit to Chicago for leisure! The location could not be better - so centrally located to every place we wanted to visit. Bus to Lincoln zoo steps away, Orange Line to Midway airport, and eed line to Chinatown - every place else was easily walk-able - we loved it!! Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. We will be back!

Everyone in the staff is always extremely nice and accommodating. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I couldn't be happier with the stay and I love how you need a key card to go up in the elevator.

This is an older hotel, not up to date but it's clean and the staff is great. There is also a restaurant on-site. I'm in Chicago a few times a month for work and CQ is in walking distance from work, shopping and food. It's easy, convenient and usually less expensive than most other hotels in the area.

I enjoyed my stay at Club quarters. The staff were amazing and friendly. The area is close to lots of food options. Very close to Millennium Park , the famous art institute of chicago . And though the Bean (cloud gate) was closed for renovation i was able to sneak a peak. The room is small but perfect for my needs the added plus was a microwave in the room to warm up any late night snacks. They also have a huge club area downstairs with a free coffee and Tea bar . This was perfect for my 4 night stay . Was in town for C2E2 and to visit my brother. I highly recommend this hotel
