The rooms are outdated and the loud Karaoke will not allow a restful evening. We were awakened by screeching singing a few nights during our stay. The price was more than the actual amenities that we had inagined.

Our room was disgusting. There were stains on the curtains window/shower that resembled blood stains. There were large red stains on the carpet. The room smelled like smoke. There were mice traps on the floor in the room. Front desk told us they will make a note of this all. The room looked as if it was a crime scene before.

Property could definitely use some updates. There is no elevator so if you aren’t able to do stairs, request the first level! Bistro/Restaurant was less than impressive but it was still nice to have an option onsite

I liked that it was close to Walmart and lots of parking available. Everything appeared clean.
My room wasn’t ready and I had to wait 45 minutes in lobby. Also room smelled like sweat.

The room had a nasty smell, like must and old cigarettes, it was very stale smelling. They might as well have smoking rooms. No complimentary coffee, besides the one in the room.

The property was close to stores and restaurants.
It didn't have a "proper bar". Sold drinks from the same cafe with everything else.

Shady and scary area , hotel smells and is outdated! My keys didn’t work as soon as I got them and continued not to work! Not enough staff always had to wait at the desk and no one was there. Saw police and detectives each day I was there. Walls are extremely thin heard people talking through them! The bed was awful , pillow extremely hard like bricks. Got a king suite and was a normal room at any another hotel. You get what you pay for that’s for sure

Over the weekend it was crazy. Kids running in the halls, screaming, TV’s so loud we couldn’t sleep at all. We left at 5:00am. Trip ruined due to other very rude customers

Everything was great. The staff is great. The property was clean parking free. They have a continental breakfast but it’s not free but that was OK. At least they offer something I had a great time.

Clean, Front desk check in was normal. The room smelled bad, I mentioned it to the front desk upon check out. When I showered, steam revealed massages on the bathroom mirror, a bit creepy and also tells about housekeeping ATD.

We had issues with the room from the beginning of our stay. I walked to the front desk 5 times before resolution. The front nitght time desk clerk was supposed to deduct 10% off bill and failed to do so. Water was freezing cold and did not warm up for ten minutes. Not pleased with Clarion Hotels. I will be calling the General Manager
