I liked the location. I did not like the hair in the bed, the fingernail on the couch shoulder, the dirty and spotty towels, the lack of communication. I specifically requested towels that needed to be replaced, not all of them. The front desk ignored my calls. I did not have wash cloth to use. The room was like a freezer box. I turned the air off but there was still cold air coming in. I froze the whole time of my stay. There was no blanket. The shower was not refreshing. I would like to request a full refund please. Thank you.

The staff was very attentive, friendly, checking if we need anything. The breakfast delicious. The room needs some repairs and also had tape marks from damage parts. The plugs did not serve all. Also, the bathroom was little dirty and the carpet too.

We have stayed at this property numerous times. Usually pretty good. This time not so much. No light in the bathroom. Sink faucet had zero water pressure and hairs all over the couch. Also, AC was on all night just to keep the room in the mid to high 70’s. Front desk lady was abrupt and lazy in my opinion.
