The staff on the front desk were extremely rude. The room smelled like smoke on the front of the website. States their pool is accessible, but then you have to scroll all the way down on the page that states the pause out of service, horrible experience and when you lay on their beds you get all itchy

Asked the front desk receptionist that I needed a 1st floor room; due to having sciatica her response was there’s an elevator down the hall to the left. Pool was OFO.😔

This was a really inexpensive option for a quick and comfortable overnight stay. There were no bugs, no dirty sheets or anything else. Parking was free and easy to access. Free coffee and tea in the room, and free breakfast downstairs from 6am till 10am but I didn’t partake in that. The pool was drained and vacant but I guess that means they’re getting it fixed. It was totally worth the $100.00 for a night and the $100.00 damage deposit will be refunded because there were no damages! I recommend! It’s obviously not glamorous but you get what you pay for and there were no downsides. I didn’t hear the cleaning lady or have any other issues with the staff.

The surrounding area looks suspect. All parking in back seem easy target for criminals. Room had bugs on the tolite others flying around. Comforter was dirty with human hair. I

A little hard to find and with no immediate amenities in the area. Pool down for maintenance, doors from main parking inoperable from outside. Hot water wasn't. It served its purpose as a place to lay my head, but not much else.

We had a good stay, the breakfast was good, it was very clean. Our fridge, ac/heat and microwave worked. The only reason i’m not giving it 5 stars is that the property could use some updating, the doors were really thin, our window wouldnt shut all the way(we were on the second floor so it wasn’t that big of a deal) and the beds were a little worn. Otherwise this was a great property especially if you’re trying to save some money. Also it was a really easy and quick drive to the convention center in Rosemont.

No frills but it was very clean and if you need to stay in Des Plaines it’s the only option. Not far from the train station (a mile) and a Starbucks but there is nothing otherwise right there.

The woman at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. There was urine and feces in our toilet upon arrival. Will be not be staying at this hotel again.

The Front desk team and housekeeping work like a fine oiled machine. Everyone is so accommodating and diligent. I recommend this hotel to anyone in the area you will not be disappointed, so kind and compassionate. They never make you feel like you’re renting a room.

Seems like people stay at the hotel long term and they don’t care about guests around them, they’re noisy and smoke inside rooms (not just cigarets). Breakfast is good, different options provided on all 3 days we stayed. Besides the noisy neighbors and smell in the room it’s a good stay.

After checking in, went to our 3rd floor room to find the bed completely stripped and room not finished being cleaned. Went back to the front desk and got a new room (luckily they had another one) on the 2nd floor. All night the people above us were stomping, walking around, dropping things, and making lots of noise, keeping us up almost all night. Breakfast in the morning was mediocre at best. The front doors are not inviting, look run down, and difficult to open. This place needs a significant fave lift.

I stay here when I come to the Chicago area. This time I was disappointed because I had no hot water in the shower and the hair dryer did not work in the outlet. Lady at the desk was not helpful. But all in all the bed is comfy room is clean and it is convenient to nearby places.
