This is your typical low budget hotel near a convention center. The hotel and rooms were not in great condition; scuffed walls, water damage ceilings, clogged shower, air gap in sliding door, noisy heater unit, warped bathroom tile causing door to scrap. The positive was the price and distance near the convention center and a Starbucks. Parking was close and seemed safe. I would stay there again.

The hotel offers fair value for the money. The accommodations are basic but clean, and my stay was generally trouble free. Parking was convenient and easy to access, which made coming and going hassle-free. While the property isn’t anything exceptional, it provides a reasonable experience for the price.

This hotel definitely needs upgrade. The best part of the experience was definitely the staff. They were quick with addressing concerns. Rooms have a nice size refrigerator which is a plus!! Room was clean but as mentioned definitely needs upgrade. Lots of parking available onsite.

Rooms had a funny smell. Pool was not open in July. Restaurant was nice and clean. The grounds were over grown and not maintained. Manager was nice and attentive. Sheets had some stains on them. I did not sleep there and drive home after my meeting.

The staff were supportive and courteous on check in and generally responsive otherwise. However, the first room I was provided had spiders, gnats, and fruit flies. I was not present in the room until late in the evening and could not stomach sleeping in the room. The staff relocated me to another room which was sufficient for the next 36 hours. The morning of checkout however, a trail of ants was present from the air conditioning unit to the set of drawers and ended in a swarm around the TV remote at the base of the television. I appreciated that the rate was affordable. But, there was no correlation in the quality displayed in their photos and reviews to actual product and service provided to the customer. I did appreciate the courtesy of the staff. However solutions were unacceptable.

When I arrived, the staff was very helpful and the room was clean, the restaurant was very good and prepared very well and spice level perfect. The front desk helped considerably in booking the shuttle to ORD. Liked the automated checkout as well. The only negative is for a 3 night stay, the room was never cleaned as the policy is every third day for cleaning service.

It's just okay. The bed was squeaky but good enough for one night. The water in the shower was fine but I had to fight to turn the handle. Strangely there was no electric plug near the bed. Good thing my phone charger has a long cord. I went for business and only stayed one night. It was good enough. I didn't get to try it but there was an adjoining Indian restaurant.

I booked advanced called and made sure my check in time was okay because i was traveling and arrival time was midnight. The place was clean on the outside so i thought yes i made a good choice, but checked in on 1st floor and room bathroom was horrible and tub look like it was a spare room not a hotel room. Requested a different room front desk staff acted like i was asking for too much and that there wasnt no rooms available and no refunds. So after a hour of debating back and forth he gave me the 2nd floor room and yes it was clean and to my standards for the price and area of the hotel but the staff didnt clean my room and i was there for 5 nights and had to request for towels and then when i requested for house keeping they didnt come. So no i wont be staying at this hotel anymore due to not knowing nor what to expect with this property.

Wouldn't say this is a terrible place to stay but definitely not almost 400$ for 2 nights, Bathtub had pubic like hair by the drains, tape was all over the ceiling, the fire alarm went off our 2nd day there, gold confetti was blown all over the property. The pictures are pretty deceiving if you ask me. Staff was nice and quick with there answers which I respected but yeah definitely will never stay here again lol.
