Very basic location, access from highway is easy but entrance pavement is terrible. Entrance in an odd one way with very limited parking. Rooms are very basic. Beds were comfy though. TV was good quality. Upgraded room with Microwave and Fridge was helpful. Overall good price for the location close to the airport. We tracked it this morning and it was about 25 mins. Overall 3/5 rating or 6/10. Not bad, not great. Service was ok but not overly welcoming. They are not there to provide a high level of service or experience. If you are looking for a half decent place to crash at a half decent price and distance from the airport then this is totally fine.

Check-in was terrible I didn't got my room until almost 7pm because it wasn't ready. They were supposed to call me ones it was ready but they never did. I had yo call and ask, and I wasn't even aloud to have a later check out.

Arrived check in was standard time there was no warning of an additional $100 deposite they say it could take 3 days to a week before we get it back. Walking into the room, the hallways smelled bad, like dirty/moldy carpet. Rooms where ok. It's a spot for when there is nothing else available. Got woken up early by people arguing in hallway has thin walls at 6am.

AC didn’t work in my room so it was like a oven in there Staff told me they couldn’t do anything until the manager was back until Monday I had to literally sleep in the lobby because I couldn’t stand sleeping in my room Room smell was like straight up armpit I got this place because I needed somewhere to be last minute, but had I known this was the issue I would’ve found somewhere else

the part of the building we stayed in had a horrible smell so did our room and there was stains on the bed as well. Staff offered to change our room as they don’t do refunds then later on that night the room started smelling bad again would not stay here again .

I hated it I start to get my money back. When I checked in they still charged me another $100 for deposit that wasn’t online. Plus it took 20 minutes before anyone helped me, plus the guests were walking all around drinking. So I asked management about it they said they didn’t have control of the situation. Then I finally get my keys to the room and elevator sound like I was about to get stuck on it . Never again I hated that whole situation thumbs down for me 👎👎👎👎

So many rats!! Hotel breakfast consisted of eggs, sausages, yogurt, waffles, bread, bagels, and a variety of beverages, which always made breakfast, predictable and affordable! I can’t complain about the free food. However, I did have a large hiccup during my trip (the hotel management did offer me a one night stay in their room with a jacuzzi). The only reason why they don’t get an excellent reading across the board is because they still made me pay for the full price of the room. Although I did nothing wrong during the trip, I do want to express that there were cleanliness issues during my stay, so this hotel is not five out of five stars for cleanliness, but the staff was sort of helpful, I guess. After witnessing rats running around outside, I would think that they would offer more reasonable accommodations. The managers name is Sunny and although I’m sure he feels like he did everything he could. I would’ve appreciated a more reasonable compensation for the issues that I had with the cleanliness of my tub and the bathroom. There is a lot of parking around the hotel and the housekeeping staff is very friendly, but the front desk staff seems very overwhelmed. They tend to have a large influx of individuals who are interested in staying, and then do not clean the rooms properly before. Turning them over to a paying, customer and then expect the paying customer to pay more for an upgrade.

Our experience at the Baymont by Wyndham Addison was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We arrived approximately three hours after the scheduled check-in time, so there should have been plenty of time to prepare our room. The front desk checked us in, but when we opened the door, we found that the room had not been cleaned. The beds were unmade, and it was obvious the room was not ready for guests. When we returned to the front desk, we discovered we were not the only guests experiencing this issue. Several other people had also been assigned rooms that were not ready, which suggested there was little communication between the front desk and housekeeping about which rooms were available. We then waited about 30 minutes while the front desk employee tried to resolve the situation. Throughout the process, he repeatedly stated there would be no discount or accommodation, despite the hotel failing to have our room ready well after the advertised check-in time. At that point, we decided to cancel our reservation and find another hotel for the night. To make matters worse, the property itself did not look nearly as nice as it did in the online photos. Between the poor condition of the hotel, the lack of organization, the unhelpful customer service, and being unable to provide a clean room hours after check-in, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

What you see in the photos is completely different from what you get. The breakfast is awful, the service is terrible, and the hotel is poorly maintained; it's horrible and smells bad when you go to your room. The only good thing is that the room itself is very clean and doesn't smell bad.

Checked in late and called them to let them know. When we arrived there were three other groups waiting as one of the workers were on break while a different one sat in the lobby. After checking in we realized no doors locked to the outside so anyone can come and go. Not a place that was well lit so both my husband and I were nervous about leaving our car parked overnight. When we woke up someone parked not in a parking spot so the people two down from us couldn’t get out of their stall and the hotel workers didn’t care. They took our licenses plate so could have helped them.

The place was not as advertised! First, the entire hotel needs upgrades all around!! Second, I booked two double queen size beds on Expedia. When we checked in the rooms were full size beds not queen. Elevator was old, super small and had a bad odor the entire weekend. Air conditioning filter was extremely filthy to the point I cleaned it myself because I woke up at 4am coughing uncontrollably. Great location but needs new everything and ownership.
