Looks like property is being updated. Definitely improved over my last visit, however, a mouse ran out from under the fridge and saw 2 roaches on the wall. The fridge looked like it's never been cleaned. Please don't forget to clean and take care of rodents and insects as you are updating!

We’ll the price should’ve been a red flag, it’s been a while since o rented a room..gum was on our blanket, throw up on the couch…gap opening in the door and everything was not cleaned properly. I wish I had taken photos but you get what you pay for.

The room was clean but worn. The bathroom had been renovated fairly recently. I found out from the person that checked me in that they were going to close this property at the end of the month, which explains why they haven't done anything to renovate it. They do not serve breakfast or coffee (in room or in breakfast room) anymore nor do they have the pool available "due to Covid) I wouldn't touch that pool with a 10ft pole anyway. I chose to stay there because I was going to my 50th class reunion at Glenbard West in Glen Ellyn. I wanted to be close to the activities, etc. and, side-bar, when my family first moved to Glen Ellyn, in 1966, we stayed at this facility for two weeks. I was curious to see it again. It is definitely time to take it down and build a new facility in Glen Ellyn. Glen Ellyn is an affluent community and it is hard to believe that this is all Glen Ellyn has to offer. The woman who was cleaning the rooms was very pleasant and tidied up my room and brought fresh towels.

When booking online, we were supposed to get included breakfast as was listed in the description with a few more things. There was no breakfast, no housekeeping during our 2 day stay, no recycling and we had to go ask for more supplies as we were 2, and the supplies provided before our arrival were for 1 person. The toilet paper is the worst quality, I recommend buying your own and bringing it. The staff was nice. Nothing bad to report on them. My only other concern was that we found 3 different bugs during our stay, at different times of day and places. 1 beetle type bug (might have been a small cockroach) in the bathroom, 1 fruit fly in the bed (not a bed bug) and 1 earwig on the dresser, which seemed to have fallen somehow as it was laying on its back, barely moving. There were 2 holes in the bathroom where the beetle might have come from, if not from the vent. Difficult to say. The bed was comfortable, the room was otherwise clean, and we had a fridge and microwave, which helped considering no breakfast was offered despite stating so during booking. The listing also mentioned there might be renovations going on, but there were none that we noticed.

I didn’t even stay. I tried canceling because the property was so dirty. Looked like it was a place with prostitution, the area did not look safe at all. Not only am I disappointed about the property but also with Expedia for not allowing me to cancel. It wasn’t like I just wanted a refund, I was booking another room down the street. I was concerned for my safety at that place

BED BUGS, got so many bites!
Me in my wife were staying here for our honeymoon, and the nights we slept there we woke up itching and when we went to shower we saw so many bites all over our bodies. we googled what the bites looked like and they matched what we had. On top of that it seems like there is a small family that lives there, which is not a big deal, but they let the kids scream at all hours of the night. We always go on trips and stay at hotels and this was the absolute worse one!

The rooms here are very dirty. A cockroach found its way into the fridge, the blankets were stained, and the floors weren't clean. I wouldn't stay here again despite the cheap price.
