"There are a number of key issues which I would like to share with all intending to book dcondo. First, there was nobody onsite when I checked in, and I only took the room key from the unlocked mailbox. Second, the guard at the gate prevented me from entering into the carpark. I later knew the reason why. The Management Office told me that the property owner had not paid the common service fees for over 6 months. Great hotel to stay in Chiang Rai
"We stayed in the hotel for a few nights and we were really impressed. The beds were really comfortable and the room was of a good size. The interior of the hotel, especially the lounge, is simply stunning. We loved the breakfast, especially the egg station where a lovely cook made really tasty omelettes and scrambled eggs. The hot chocolate was a really nice touch. There is a selection of bread and fruit and some Asian dishes. Most of the clientele isn't into Western breakfast but we still had everything we needed, perhaps some cheese would have made it ideal. The location was good. We never had a problem ordering a taxi to the hotel, we also rented a scooter so it was easy to get around as the hotel offers parking. The hotel has quite a large swimming pool which was a great addition. Overall a fantastic stay and would absolutely stay in this hotel again if we even come back to Chiang Rai."
