Great little hotel in the Old City

Villa Sirilanna was a great option. Close to many destinations in the old city. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning was excellent. Rooms are large and very comfortable. No washlets. Yet they have a hose for each toilet. AC was great and they were very accommodating. We extended our stay with the, because we were so hay.

After finding this little gem I always stay here when traveling to Siem Reap twice a year. It’s like a little jungle retreat not far from the city center. I love the quiet relaxing atmosphere away from the busy areas. It’s safe, clean and the staff are amazing. I find the price very reasonable and always look forward to my next stay.

We stayed in the junior suite and it was a beautiful and extremely clean room! You just have to be very careful with opening doors as there were lots of mosquitos in the room, even when being careful. The staff came to spray the room when we asked however, which worked for a night. The breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great!

The villa is very conveniently located, at the heart of the old town, walkable to most attractions and just 3 minutes walk to the weekend night market street. Staff is friendly, and a tour desk is situated at the front lobby. The room is spacious, with nice balcony. Unfortunately the jacuzzi in the room is not in working condition, towels are a bit old, and breakfast choices are limited. Overall experience is good.

I cannot say enough about the hospitality and service we received from concierge/manager of Sirilanna. I wish I knew his name, but he really went all-out to make sure we had everything we needed/wanted. It is a small, older hotel but absolutely beautifully adorned and will a quaint, authentic feel- almost like a B&B. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Stay here for the most pleasant Chiang Mai trip!

My wife and I were blown away by the generosity and helpfulness of the hotel staff. After finding out that we were traveling for our honeymoon, they upgraded our room to a gorgeous suite at no cost to us and were always dropping everything to help when we were around. Our trip was during the new year, and the staff even invited us to a bountiful hotpot meal with them to celebrate. Their kindness was the icing on the cake for our time in Chiang Mai and I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Luxurious and perfectly located

Really beautiful and comfortable hotel. The traditional decor looks great, and everything was clean and well maintained. Amenities include free airport shuttle, free breakfast with made to order eggs and a good variety of Thai and Western items, jetted tubs and balconies in the higher end rooms, free bottled water. Oh, and the location is perfect--right in the middle of Old City, walking distance to pretty much everything. I would definitely stay again if come back to Chiang Mai (which I hope I do, it's an amazing city).

Beautiful hotel with a very friendly staff. Worth staying here for the wood-working alone. Gorgeous! The rooms are quiet, spacious and luxurious. The property is well located in Old Sq. Next to and in the middle of everything. I’m sad to leave but will stay here again on a trip back to Chiang Mai.

The room was pleasing ,nice and spacious. It was impossible to sleep at night because of the corner bar across from the hotel. Very loud music and a lot of crazy drank people yelling and screaming and there is no way you can sleep or even rest till past after midnight.
