This hotel is suberb! They have only 2 rooms and everything was personalized. A real boutique hotel. The breakfast is amazing. This people have class. However, I was so frustrated because after i did my check in and relaxing at my room they came to tell me that i had to leave the hotel because Hotels.com made a mistake and sold me a room that was already booked! I was so frustrated! So, i agreed to change for a similar hotel and for my surprise they put me at a big business hotel which have an horrible room. I called them and they let me stay 1 night with them but in the next day they changed me for a "ok" hotel. In my opinion this was not polite neither fair. Why they didnt relocate the other guest who had didnt arrived yet for one night instead of me who where there already? They apoligased a lot but my 2 days in Chiang Mai was ruinned because i had to be changing hotels and i was very stressed.
