We stayed there for 4 days and 4 nights. Very clean, nice staff, family friendly, quiet at night, and it’s walking distance to some of the night markets. I personally also like the style and setting in the hotel room.

Cannot say enough amazing things about our stay at Pastell. The staff was phenomenal and made a huge impact with our children. They made the Songkran festivities accessible and so much fun. Food was great, staff always willing to help or make a recommendation, rooms were small but clean and well appointed, great location in Old Town, walkable to massages and restaurants or easy to pick up a Grab/Bolt. If we ever find our way back to Chiang Mai, we’ll absolutely stay here again!

We arrived early in the day and we didn’t have to wait long to get into our room, which was perfect after our long flight. The hotel staff is very helpful. Room was smaller but very well equipped. Breakfast was quick and filling. Location was perfect. Highly recommend!
