Hotel Loy Chiang Mai was outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the facilities. They were beautiful and located close to the old city. Breakfast at the hotel is second to none. We had a great stay and would choose this hotel again for sure!

Fantastic hotel — highly recommend. The rooms were spacious and spotless, swimming pool refreshing, and breakfast delicious. Great location. Best part was the amazing staff, who treated us like family. They welcomed us with juice whenever we returned to the hotel, offered excellent recommendations, and even surprised our daughter with a cake for her birthday! They gave us a beautiful krathong when we left on the day of a national celebration and we carried it onboard our flight and floated it in our new hotel’s pool in Phuket! Highly recommend this hotel — we’d love to return! Thank you for a wonderful visit.

We will stay here again

We are a group of 5 good friends who stayed at the Loy Chiang Mai hotel for 5 nights. We loved everything that the hotel offered to us. The breakfast, the room, the hospitality and the staffs there. Just to mention Zen ,Tar and many of them we encountered, sorry that i forgot about the names. The morning breakfast serving staffs. They are all so warm and sweet . Always love the welcome drinks. Excellent location in the old city with many amenities within walking distance. Recommend everyone to stay here in Chiang Mai.
