It is a nice place to stay and has a reasonable accommodations and food, but not the best at that price point. It is safe and in a really good location. They are in need of a remodel and updating. The staff were great and friendly.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice. Once in 2015 and now in 2025, and it didn’t change at all! It is such a convenient spot as you can walk out of the hotel and go left or right and have shops/stores/food all at your finger tips.

This property is a cute hidden gem. Just off the main drag and a short walk to the shopping centre Maya Mall and main streets of Niman to explore. Great food options around you and easy to get to via Grab car or Motorcycle or on foot. Staff were super friendly and the breakfast was nice too. Would recommend for couples or families 🙂

Before arriving I was a little anxious because of some of the bad reviews BUT I absolutely love this hotel! Yes it is on the older side but it has that Thai vibe and style we all come for. Great location - Nimman. Beautiful garden and pool area. Lush cafe is open from 8am - 5pm daily! Near major shopping malls. Near food markets, night markets, cafes and restaurants in almost every street you turn on. Has several convenient shops near by. The staff are wonderful and housekeeping came by everyday to check if I needed anything or new towels. The hotel and rooms are well maintained. I stayed on the 10th floor and had the most beautiful view of the mountains. The only thing that I didn’t enjoy was the breakfast buffet and that is because I am not really a breakfast person and the food options were not to my liking but I did have toast coffee/tea and the egg station was pretty decent. But again, there are so many options around. The hotel and the hotel offers room service. You can either order from room or go down to Lush cafe and make an order, sit and eat in the beautiful garden area. You can also order something on Grab. So many good choices! I highly recommend this hotel! Very sad to leave as it was my home for 10 nights. I absolutely loved my room and sitting in the garden in the early mornings and evenings before it got dark. I will definitely come back!

Elevator was broken and water not hot enough at first, but after i told the front desk they fixed both quickly. Food options within the hotel are limited, but plenty nearby.

위치 좋았음. 분위기 좋음. 수영장 물 차가움. 조식 진짜 맛있음! 하지만 메뉴가 비슷비슷. 직원들 착함 좋음 너무 좋음! 방 청소는 별로인듯 바닥에 수박씨 떨어뜨린거 없어지나 봤는데 나갔다 오니 안 치워져있었음. 비행기 소음은 시끄러웠으나 침대 푹신해서 잘 잤어요 ㅎ사진은 호텔 내부 연못가 쪽!

Reception is Bad - bag service is very good

The reception service is terrible. They don’t speak English, not polite and moody. Don’t gave internet access at reception and said for use at room and not there. At room there are crockroach and night reception said for the girl can kill by themselves. I don’t recommend . The staff work to carry bag is polite and good. Better than reception 10 times - for me - not professional hotel - need training

Bastante bien para el precio que manejan, además incluyen desayuno. Está un poquito alejado dwl centro pero cerca de una zona muy linda donde se puede cenar rico, caminar e ir de compras. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Room rate is economic, however the bathroom is not provided toothbrushes and the towel is bit overuse. Hotel has sufficient parking space close outside. Best part of the hotel is it’s beautiful garden, many flowers and plants!

I would not recommend this hotel at all. Firstly, the location - tourist that it's they're first time bn Chiang mai should kbow it is 30 min drive to the old city and main tourist attractions. Yes, there's a western bigbmall near the resort but that's not the reason to cone to Chiang mai. Secondly and maybe more important - the hotel had seen better days, and the cleaning staff is doing the minimum required, and even less that that. The hotel is old and dirty, I didn't take a shoeer and slept with my clothes over the bed sheets. And I am not very picky usually. Luckily, with the help of Expedia customer service I was able to get a partial refund and I ran away from there after one night (was suppose to stay 5 nights in total) One possitive thing is the garden which is very nice kn an old colonial decade kind of a look. If you like thise sort of things.

It’s fine?

It’s fine for a night. But the hotel room is super basic and the bathroom did not look clean. Safe didn’t work. The grounds and buffet are decent and the staff was very kind. Close to Maya mall and nimman area and reasonably priced.
