좋아요. 방도 넓고 그렇게 오래된 느낌도 없구요. 벌레도 없었구요. 제일 큰 단점은 수압이 너무 약해요.

Family owned. Mostly dealt with the father and he was super nice and very welcoming. Had a very nice week long stay here, great location with food options all around. Will be back if I'm ever back in Chiang Mai again.

(좋은점) *싼티탐 지역에 위치 *청결한 룸 관리 *친절한 오너 (나쁜점) *오너가 직접 로비에 있을 때는 좋았는데, 교대근무자로 바뀌었을 때 근무자의 애가 로비에서 종일 노느라 시끄러웠음. *숙소 바로 옆에 숯불구이 집이 있어 식당 영업 시간에 연기냄새로 괴로웠음.

長期滞在にもおすすめ

近くのマッサージスクールに通うため11泊しました。 部屋の広さは十分で、ベッドも清潔で固めのマットレスで寝やすかったです。 オーナーやその家族も親切でした。 周辺にはコンビニや食べ物屋さんもあったので便利でしたが夜は静かだったので落ち着いて過ごせました。 部屋の備品にハンドタオルがなかったので持参したもの使用。 あとなぜか部屋に蜘蛛の巣がたくさん…ドアの裏側など目立たないところにありましが、滞在には影響ありませんでした。 (となりの友人の部屋には出なかったようなので部屋によるのかも)

Great Value

Great value for the money! The prices were very reasonable for what you get. A spacious room, A/C, niceties, daily room cleaning. The only minor negative was its on a side road and taxi drivers had a difficult time finding it. That was more than made up for by everything else.

設備が残念

いつも近くのサンシャインハウスを利用していたが、窓から見えるP-PLACEが気になっていたので利用した。スタッフは親切。建物は綺麗だがエレベーターなし、wifiつながらず、電子レンジなし、洗面台はボウルだけで台が無いから使いづらい。

Value for money

Do not expect 5-star facilities for the price you pay. What it lacks physically, it makes up in human warmness. Assistance is readily available when required from this family-run establishment. If you spend some time mixing with the owner and guests, you may be surprised with the company you will find. It feels more like a guesthouse rather than a hotel.

super hotel propre et bien entretenu. problème de climatisation réglé en 5 minutes en changeant de chambre. ménage fait tous les jours. literie au top. Seul point négatif pas grand chose à côté il faut donc louer un scooter. et le garde nuit roupille profondemment de temps en temps :) je recommande cet hotel

Good choice

Stayed 2 weeks in smaller double room 1st floor. Room was ok with view to next green empty slot . Only thing I missed was a water boiler. The hotel appeared to be well run family business(?). If there were issues, they were solved very soon. The elderly gentleman in reception was friendly and helpful and spoke good english. The atmosphere and experience was good because of the staff. There is a night guard so the place feels safe. The hotel was functional and location relatively peaceful. Some walking distance to city centre but not too much.
