Great property. Great rooms. Clean, big. The view from the hydrotherapy room is good. The decor is amazing. However the breakfast leaves something to be desired. It is a limited buffet with just basic fruits and salads. You can order other stuff for free from the breakfast menu but the choices are limited.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Good vegan food, security guards so you feel safe (not that Chiang Mai is dangerous), friendly staff, laundry service, spacious rooms with balconies, and great location! What more can you ask for?

The service and friendliness of the staff went above and beyond. The vegan food was great so we decided to have breakfast every day we were there. Dinner was also a good option. Whether relaxing at the pool or getting a massage at the spa, this hotel had everything we could have asked for. It was a very comfortable and clean room with a nice view. The staff was also very helpful to plan our excursions that included an ethical elephant sanctuary and a ziplining adventure. My wife and I highly recommend this place.

Amazing staff and service, good location!!

The room is clean and tidy, especially the air-conditioning is good. Good location near to city. The hotel staff is the highlight. Their service is amazingly great ! 👍 absolutely impressive. I was sick over the weekend and hotel staff are very nice to take care of me. Offered porridge to me and offered to drive me to the hospital. That's sweet man! I am confident that all the guest will be well supported by their amazing hotel service. The spa is also good ! Thank you to the reception, house keeping , driver staff !

What a fantastic place.. all of the staff are so friendly especially Alex, he is a credit to the hotel… it’s a quiet oasis very close to the old city, amazingly clean, great staff… hotel is completely vegan, don’t let that put you off they are great people, the restaurant has amazing food.. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. will return to Chiang Mai and this hotel
