One of our favorite hotel in chiangmai (price not over 1500 Baht) The location near Nimmahemin road and near my destination (Chiangmai University), enough parrking lots. The room was clean and properly amenities. The breakfast was very good, lot of choice, good taste and free cofee or tea at the cafe. Recommended!!!

Possibly the least pleasant hotel stay of my life. A few of the staff try to be friendly, but most simply ignore you or pretend they don’t see you because they can’t be bothered. This place clearly caters to Chinese tourists at the expense of making it comfortable or pleasant for other nationalities. The hotel seems to have plenty of staff fluent in Chinese, but not one who is capable in English. I spoke with other guests (from Australia) who also agreed they did not feel welcome there. Overall, a strange and uncomfortable experience.

Two hotel sections. One smells very strongly of sewer. They could not move us until our last of four nights. Located directly under the planes as they take off from airport.

Our particular room (superior mini with king-sized bed for two) is too small. Hotel also has very thin walls so you could hear whatever is happening across the hall and upstairs. You can also hear loud music from a nearby pub until midnight everyday. Would not recommend.

Good holiday !
The hotel staff celebrated my Wife’s birthday on arrival . Gave us a huge surprise . The room is clean and big. There is occasionally noises outside the rooms due to broken door and dogs howling . The staff will book taxi for u on request

Decorated comfortable hotel with nice breakfast
Hotel located at Nimman 12, easy to find for foods even a bit walk out from soi for 300 metres. Most tourist here are Chinese, Korean. Breafast of local foods are nice in every morning. Staff are nice.. Room is great with nice decorated. TV sattlelite is not clear picture should fix it would be better.

Decent but not fantastic
Rooms are ok, staff is courteous but somehow they made us shift from the nimman property to huaykaew. The location of Huaykaew is bad, in a dimly lit lane which gets waterlogged in the rains. Food and breakfast are ok, not great or varied especially for non SEAns. Overall not great, would recommend the CM Orchid or Furama, where some friends stayed. Not value for money and not a great and wonderful boutique hotel.as well...

Interesting décor, clean and quiet location
The décor was very cool, and our room was large. Not a very nice view, and the staff were not overly friendly. Breakfast was good. Our original room booked was teeny tiny, so we had to pay a small fee to upgrade to comfy room. Bed was hard but otherwise room was good. I would stay again.

serve 5 star breakfast but need to compete for tables as the cafe is small. Room is big for deluxe. very comfortable stay just need to walk to main road to get your tuk tuk or song teaw.

Poor experience throughout stay..facilities not well maintained too , a/c not working well, as well the shower water not stable .. too hot or too cold, can't b adjusted ! Housekeeping never clean room even we let e front office call to do so! Definitely not recommend this hotel n never go back anymore!

Hotel was a nice surprise. It is a little bit of a challenge for taxi's to find so tell them to take you to Kantary Hills and drive to the end of the road. All the taxi's know about Kantary. The place is nice and well kept. Location is close to walk to lots of restaurants. Breakfast buffet was good and kept us filled until dinner.

I used to visit this place before, few years ago. I was expecting a better room when I booked this place. I didn't realize that they had a new building nearby, so I got my room in the new building. I prefer the room in the elder building, they look better and bigger, better furnished. however the new room wasn't too bad. Next time i'll make sure I will get the room in the elder building :)

A good memory in Chiang Mai
It is great to stay in this hotel with a group of friends. We booked a 2 bedrooms suites and it is in the top floor of the hotel, there is a roof top garden outside our room. The staffs are helpful and friendly. They provided a free ride from the hotel to airport. Breakfast taste good and have many variaty. However, Wifi is not good enough to cover the whole floor. And there was a music festival near the hotel during our stay, it is so noisy and the show stopped at 1am every night. We can only sleep after this. So far this hotel is excellent. We will definately come back.
