Vacation Review Budget First off, we do like to take vacations that are “luxurious” but we also take a lot of low budget trips to go away more often and see new places. This review is a budget review 2 things matter most to us 1 cleanliness and 2 a pool We are content with a basic room as long as we have beds and a bathroom and they are clean (a TV is nice but we have devices to watch content on) Cleanliness rating 9 Room rating 5, the room with the sofa bed is too uncomfortable to sleep on and had weak water pressure and the AC leaked into the room, the rooms are small but that was expected. Room amenities, AC, TV Hotel/condo/VRBO rating 7 Amenities, pool Pool rating 10, good sun and shade as sun sets with warm water Staff rating 10 Restaurant rating/options, n/a Location to things, a lot close but has to be driven/taxi If you’re looking for budget, I would and wouldn’t recommend, if you need the sofa bed it’s impossible to sleep on If you can share a double or are single I’d go back This review does not take restaurant food in the consideration There are plenty of (excellent) options nearby in driving distance

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was included and very tasty. Our room was bare bones, the toilet didn't seem to work properly and we were kind of concerned the sheets hadn't been properly cleaned. Other than that, we'd recomdend this hostel still to anyone simply because of the friendliness of the staff.

Beautiful property, sheets were always dirty getting clean towels seemed to always be an issue as well Jas having hot water in the room or water overall. Far from downtown, you have to get a cab leading to an over priced price.

La habitación muy descuidada, se escuchaban todos los ronquidos de la habitación de al lado, muy sucio y mal ubicado. Me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación 3 veces por lo descuidado y sucio que estaba todo. La verdad claro ejemplo de que lo barato puede salir caro.

Tuvimos que reservar en este hotel por emergencia, pero siempre el personal fue muy amable nos apoyaron en todo hasta nos coordinaron el Tour en la lancha. El hotel le está bastante limpio hay ciertas cosas que están cambiando o mejorando ya que hay una nueva administración según me comentaron la única cosa que vimos un poco mal fueron las camas al menos la cama que nos tocó. Estaba un poco vencida formándose un hoyo al centro de ahí el hotel estuvo todo muy bien bastante limpio, amables y si consideraría regresar en otra oportunidad

En primer lugar el hotel se encuentra a las afueras de Bacalar y no se detalla en su anuncio, le falta Mtto, no se acerca en nada las fotos a la realidad, la habitación que me tocó el techo se estaba cayendo, no hay iluminación para subir las escaleras, llevaba a personas mayores; mucho olor a humedad. Para una noche y si vienes cansado de manejar, dices…. Bueno va, pero en general si tienen mucho que trabajarle, imagino que de nuevo estaba súper.

La relación calidad-precio del lugar es excelente, cuartos cómodos, buenas instalaciones, trato amable. Lo único que sugeriría cuidar/cambiar es la regadera, ya que al no tener puerta corre riesgo de anegarse. Fuera de eso la verdad es que todo vale la pena. (Hasta brindan café y pan de cortesía por las mañanas)
