"Our party consisted of 4 couples. We were a lot to cater for at dinner and yet the team looked after us for the two nights absolutely brilliantly. Best customer service I have seen in a very long while. In addition the rooms were well laid out, spacious and really comfortable, and the cooking was first class. Terrific stay in all respects. "As usual, the reception staff made us both welcome (again). Our room was clean and tidy. The hotel's location is excellent for access to the M1 at junction 30 (about 1/4 mile away). Therefore, it's easy to get to places to visit. We appreciate the on-site EV charging there - 4 sockets"
