"Overall, this hotel was very clean. The pool and hot tub were very nice but concrete looked a bit stained. The $15 credit was excellent for stocking up on drinks for our ride home. Breakfast had a nice spread and tasted ok. We got the 3 queen room and it was spacious for the 4 of us and the price was excellent. The location was nice and quiet and close to what we had planned. I would definitely stay again."

"We enjoyed the pool and the spa and having a big space to hangout outside of the pool gate with a fireplace very relaxing after a long day hiking have a hot breakfast before we started another filled day was a great start the rooms were nice and clean and the air worked perfectly the best thing was a very affordable price we will definitely be back thank you to all of the staff for your hospitality"

"Very comfortable house and beds. Good location. The owner was very prompt in answering questions and overall communications. House stayed very cool even in the summer heat. The pool was a nice mid day refresher from hikes at the national parks. Hot tub was not working but really only wanted to use it one time in the evening. The outdoor space was really nice for evening fires around the pit. Would highly recommend for your stay in Moab."

"This was a great property to stay . We met family in from out of state . The boys did 4x4 stuff and us ladies stayed by the pool and read a book . I will say next time we need to bring some umbrellas ."
