"this is a good hotel. Very friendly staff, decent quick food and coffee in the AM even when you want to get an early start to Canyonlands. The room was comfortable. My only complaint was that the mattress seemed old so the bed was very hard and the pillows pretty flat. I always travel with my pillow so I was glad to have it. Might need to look at replacing some of the mattresses. Otherwise, this is a solid option and as convenient as it can be for the park."
Quiet neighborhood home with mountain and red rock views

"Air conditioning system was difficult to adjust comfortably. Great outside gas grill and diningroom eating area. Host was very helpful and responsive. Recommend!"
"We were emailed instructions so check in was a matter of just showing up! Able to find easily, perfect spot and as advertised. Appreciate the bathroom in our dome, we chose it for that reason. We could not get the firepit to ignite outside, but I think that was user error! Highly recommend this spot, we will be repeat customers for sure! Thank you so much for sharing it!"

"The house is located close enough to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks to make traveling to them easy. Though the house could use some updating, there is plenty of space for large families, and had everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable. The grandkids enjoyed the pool and loved watching the Prairie Dogs that were near the property. We would definitely stay there again."
Beautiful home w/ covered decks & grills - great for large groups

"Rooms were clean, kitchen had everything we needed, but some of the drawers were broken. We also found a few roaches, but it is the desert. ;) Honestly, a great and inexpensive place to stay."
