"Nice place, terrific value. Beds very comfortable. AC kept room nice and cool during the hottest summer afternoons. Coin-op laundry conveniently located on 2nd floor (also another in separate building, off parking lot; not sure if others in main building). Small pool and hot-tub area are clean, and well-maintained. Ample towels for guest use. Overall a great stay, and a budget-friendly option in Moab I would not hesitate to recommend or visit again myself."

"Hot tub had an amazing view and the house was perfect for the amenities needed for a weekend stay. Some kitchen ware like the tray was rusted and beat up a bit but nothing that took away from the experience. We loved the view at night, and there were spare items on hand when we needed them. There was no pressure checking in or out.Would consider staying again."
