"My stay here at the Hyatt was exceptional. I’ve never in my life received such kind, warm, and welcoming service like I did during my stay. The staff were amazing! My room had an awesome view. Bed was super comfy and the shower gets nice and hot !! If I had to change anything, it would be to expand breakfast options a bit more. "Find another website… Expedia was unhelpful, my protection plan didn’t protect me, and I couldn’t get a refund or assistance with my issue. I called the hotel staff directly. The manager, Dom, was extremely helpful even though I started off being rude after dealing with the incompetence of Expedia. Word to the wise, the protection plan doesn’t protect anything, it’s a waste of money. My flight changed from 1700 arrival to 0100 the next day. I was meeting my kids who drove to the at the hotel...
