The space
Welcome to our beautiful ground floor house located in the serene and friendly neighborhood of Avadi. This one bedroom house is suitable for solo travelers, married couples, and families with kids. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed and attached bathroom.

The living room is equipped with a multi-purpose desk that can be used for dining or as a workspace for your laptop or home office. It also features a cozy seating area for you to relax and unwind. The house is air-conditioned and comes with free Wi-Fi, ensuring that you stay connected throughout your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and basic utensils, making it convenient for you to prepare your meals. In addition, we have a solar inverter for power backup to ensure that you are never left in the dark.

Our house is conveniently located near Avadi bus stop, Avadi bus depot, and Avadi railway station, making it easy for you to travel around the city. We are also located near Avadi Lake Park, which is a beautiful place to go for a walk or jog. You can easily access transportation options such as Uber and Ola, making it easy to get around the city. We also have surveillance cameras installed for your safety and security.

For kids entertainment, we have an outdoor koi pond and budgies to keep them occupied. We are also planning to put a swing in the front yard.

Please note that unmarried couples are strictly not allowed in our house. Smoking, drinking, or any substance usage is also strictly not allowed. We maintain a family-friendly environment and hope that you will respect our rules and regulations.

We are living on the first floor of the property and will be available in person and over phone for any query, request, or help. We look forward to hosting you and providing you with a comfortable stay.
