超驚悚的住宿經驗
超級無敵驚悚經驗 由於飯店找不到我的訂房資料 堅持要我們在寒風中等待進一小時 並收取押金RMB800.-(兩房) 始讓我們入住. 這中間 有打電話至房裡說 仍找不到我們的訂房資料 因為他們跟Hotels.com 很多年沒有合作 所以先問了我訂房價格 並以RMB308.-報價給我 要我們辦理取消入住 並直接付款給他們. 若Hotels.com 打電話問的話 他們會回答說我們打電話來取消訂房. 我因為對Hotels.com 的信任 就拒絕他們. 結果隔日早上酒店拒絕退還我們押金還揚言找警察來也無用.
因為司機在外面等 我們一直跟他們耐心溝通 這中間我們付了停車費及司機加班費共RMB 130.- 一個多小時後 他們才同意退還. 我們喪失了第一個景點旅遊 並且拖著行李走20分鐘 (因為塞車) 與司機在停車場會合 試問 這費用不應該由我們吸收吧!
